Jellyfish Designs are a small graphic, and web design start-up company from Dublin created in 2018 by Claire Duffy, Erica Hogarty, and Seán O’Mahoney.
We love what we do. The industry is constantly growing and evolving. Our goal is to keep up with the newest design trends and new technologies & software. We put our hearts into our work and aim to achieve 100% satisfaction from all our clients. Our main services include using the Adobe Creative Software; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, & Dreamweaver.
Erica obtained an Associate Certificate in Visual Communications from Dublin Institute of Design (2013), a Higher National Level Diploma in Visual Communications (2015) and Digital Design (UX/UI) (2019) from Ballyfermot College of Further Education and is currently studying a DCU level 8 degree in Media Production Management.
Her experience includes starting as a Junior Graphic Designer in Irish Life to becoming Head Designer for a small Mobile Phone Company in 2016. In 2019, she was selected to participate in the Erasmus programme attaining a Graphic Design position in a startup company in Finland. She is well versed in different areas of design and has successfully designed solutions for print media with work published and advertised throughout Dublin City Centre. She has an in-depth knowledge of some of the leading Adobe design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver (front end development), Fireworks and 3DS Max.
Claire Duffy is a Dublin based web designer and developer. Claire spent two years studying Multimedia in DCU, and in 2017 went on to study a Higher level National Diploma in Multimedia Design in Ballyfermot College. She is currently studying a degree at Napier University in Edinburgh.
Claire's experience to date is mostly freelance work with independents in Dublin. Claire was selected for the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus programme, obtaining a web designer position with a Finnish company. She has a range of skills from 3D design to UI design, but her true passion lies in web development. Claire has experience with Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Fireworks and has skills in 3D Design software such as Blender and Unity.
Seán first studied Music Technology and History at Maynooth University, graduating in 2016 with a 2.1 Bachelor of Arts (Joint Honours). In 2017 he began studying a Higher level National Diploma in Interactive Media at Ballyfermot College of Further Education in Dublin. He is currently studying a degree at Napier University.
Seán has experience in audio/visual production and sound design for multimedia and is well versed in a number of recording software platforms such as Pro Tools and Ableton. He also has experience using in Adobe programmes such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver (front end HTML/CSS coding). To date, Seán's experience is mostly with Jellyfish Design, having worked on several small projects with a range of clients.
